We are looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team at CV Pertiwi Eka in Cengkareng. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development team in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development team in designing and delivering training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Support the Learning and Development team in managing training budgets and resources.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Support the Learning and Development team in coordinating with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Support the Learning and Development team in managing training records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
