📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor and manage network security and data backup.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
