📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with healthcare and café standards and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the healthcare or café industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare and café operations, including patient care, food and beverage service, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
