Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring that they are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.Analyze and interpret operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure that the company's operations are running at peak efficiency, with a focus on cost control and profitability.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Ensure that all operations are in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of success in a similar role.Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
