📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Develop and implement menus and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory and food costs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the medical center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
