📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.,Provide expert tax advice and ensure timely filing of tax returns.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a focus on local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
