📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare provider.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve patient care and safety.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., ICU, ER, etc.) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant nursing board.,Experience in a multi-cultural or diverse healthcare setting is a plus.
