📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors,Develop and implement safety protocols,Conduct regular site inspections and audits,Prepare and submit reports to management,Train and mentor junior engineers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering,Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Ability to work in a team and independently,Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
