As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and skill employees effectively.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are well-coordinated and integrated into the company's operations.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
