📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Communicate effectively with clients in English to schedule appointments and manage their inquiries.
• Use Zoom and Google Calendar to coordinate appointments and manage client schedules.
• Utilize our in-house CRM system to track client interactions and ensure a personalized service experience.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve client issues and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a high standard of service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, professional, and empathetic.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role in the customer service industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using Zoom, Google Calendar, and CRM systems.
