📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operations of the sales and marketing teams in the Blitar region.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
