📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to sales teams.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local retail market trends and customer preferences.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
