Bay Place Unggul is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, contributing to a positive guest experience.

As a Deputy F&B Service, you will work closely with the F&B Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure adherence to company standards.

Manage and train F&B staff to maintain high service quality.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or related roles.

Proven track record in managing F&B operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.

Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and service standards.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
