📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documents, manuals, and other materials to support our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of technical content.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical writing skills and knowledge.,Contribute to the improvement of technical communication within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for software, hardware, or other complex products.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
