Klinik Umar Bakery is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our delivery fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for their routes.,Track and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and issues related to deliveries, working towards resolution.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
