PT Sumber Cakrawala is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in a timely manner.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
