As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues.,Manage HR data and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
