📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Train and supervise junior staff in pastry preparation techniques.,Develop and test new pastry recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Ensure consistent quality and taste of pastries by monitoring production processes.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid role).,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recipe management and inventory tracking.
