Indonesia Electronics is seeking a dedicated and professional Teller to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.

Process various types of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

Handle cash and manage the cash drawer to ensure accurate records.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computer software and basic banking systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Must be able to work both in the office and remotely.
