📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring all activities are executed according to the project plan and objectives.,Manage and coordinate with project staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor and report on project progress, including financial, human, and material resources.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.,Develop and maintain operational systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.,Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project activities.,Prepare and present regular reports to the project team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and operations, preferably in the social impact or non-profit sector.,Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Understanding of the social impact sector and its key issues in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
