📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's learning management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
