Toko Elektronik Oka Dental Clinic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information within the warehouse and distribution network. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory within the warehouse.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, stock movements, and order processing.,Assist in the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and delivery times.,Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
