📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective store operations and sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Train and develop store assistants to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
