PT Persada Maha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Admin to join our team in Rembang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the finance and accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the finance and accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.,Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
