📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of Shop Assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high standards of product presentation.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Train and develop the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional activities and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
