As an Orthopedic Surgical Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our surgical procedures. You'll assist our skilled surgeons in preparing the operating room, setting up surgical instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment. Your daily tasks will include patient preparation, instrument sterilization, and assisting during surgeries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist physicians and physician assistants in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Set up and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using Endo and Puritan Bennett systems.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including prepping the surgical site and administering pre-anesthetic medications.
• Monitor and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
• Assist during surgical procedures, including passing instruments, suturing, and other technical tasks as directed by the surgeon.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the smooth flow of the surgical process.
• Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in post-operative care, including patient monitoring and wound care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Surgical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, is a plus.
