📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and route vehicles for optimal efficiency.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption, ensuring cost-effective and efficient usage.,Oversee the safety and compliance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and utilization to management.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
