📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
