Senior Engineer, Failure Analysis & Reliability

ams OSRAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting failure analysis and reliability testing on our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improving product reliability. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers in the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conduct failure analysis on products to identify root causes of defects and failures.
• Develop and implement test plans for reliability testing.
• Analyze and interpret data from reliability tests to assess product performance and reliability.
• Provide recommendations for improving product reliability based on test results.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in failure analysis and reliability engineering.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis and reliability engineering.
• Strong background in reliability testing methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in using reliability testing equipment and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC, MIL-STD).
