📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructors and trainees.,Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives.,Conduct regular assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment.,Knowledge of learning and development best practices and methodologies.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
