📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of fish farming and garden maintenance activities.
• Implement and monitor water quality management systems using real-time monitoring tools such as pH meters, dissolved oxygen sensors, and temperature loggers.
• Develop and execute feeding schedules and stocking plans to optimize fish growth and health.
• Conduct regular inspections of ponds and gardens to identify and address issues promptly.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in aquaculture and landscape management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of aquaculture and landscape operations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, water quality parameters, and fish health metrics using software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquaculture and landscape management, with a focus on fish farming.
• Certification in Aquaculture Management or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of water quality parameters and their impact on fish health.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in sustainable aquaculture and landscape management.
