You will work closely with the hotel and restaurant managers to develop and execute operational plans that align with our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our hotels and restaurants, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 15+ employees, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal use of resources.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the hotel and restaurant managers to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in operations management, lean management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
