As a Lease & Marketing BSD Staff, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and attract potential tenants, negotiate leasing agreements, and ensure smooth occupancy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize building occupancy and rental revenue.
• Negotiate leasing agreements and lease renewals with potential and existing tenants.
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain tenants.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and tenant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of leasing agreements, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, JLL, or CBRE) is a plus.
• Certification in real estate investment or property management is a plus.
