📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including sewing machines, cutting machines, and inspection machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Assist in the implementation of new production technologies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Knowledge of glove manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
