As we expand our operations into Indonesia, we're looking for a dedicated Paralegal and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and that our legal framework is robust and effective.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing legal support to the business. You'll work closely with our legal team and other departments to ensure that all our activities are in line with the law. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including food safety, labor, and environmental laws.
• Provide legal support to the business, including advising on legal issues and ensuring that all activities are in line with the law.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure that our legal framework is robust and effective.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and other documentation as required.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that our operations are always compliant.
• Provide training and support to other departments on legal and compliance matters.
• Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise, and represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal or compliance role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in compliance or legal studies is a plus.
