📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide support in the development of sustainable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
