📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily port operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coordinate port activities, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port security.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance port efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and report on port performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with government agencies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to address port-related issues and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of port administrators and support staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in port administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port administration, maritime operations, or a similar role.
• Certification in Port Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and international standards.
• Proficient in using port management software such as Portbase, iMarine, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
