📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate heavy cranes with precision, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations.
• Set up and dismantle cranes, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
• Monitor and maintain cranes, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain cranes, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site.
• Work on a variety of high-profile projects, developing your skills and knowledge in the process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in the construction or logistics sectors.
• Valid and current Crane Operator certification, such as the Competency Certificate for Crane Operators (CCO) or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of crane operation and maintenance, including the ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and precisely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment and machinery, including the ability to operate and maintain them.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and on a variety of surfaces, including rough and uneven terrain.
