📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and retailers to ensure effective product distribution.
Manage outlet partnerships by visiting and engaging with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
Drive sales growth by promoting our products and offering competitive pricing strategies.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
Ensure timely delivery of products to outlets and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Halmahera Tengah region.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the retail industry.
Proficient in using sales software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the retail sector and understanding of market dynamics.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
Willingness to travel and work in remote areas of Halmahera Tengah.
