📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT systems, devices, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Provide expert support for the Shopify platform, including store setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical data.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Shopify, including store setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with various IT tools and software, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ITIL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
